I wanted to install the Microsoft fonts on and ran the command below, but there are many errors (or only warnings?) about that the user _apt has no permissions on the bltadwin.ru files. I needed to download the source for the Ubuntu kernel that I'm running. So I followed these instructions. The download was almost successful. Right at the end of it I got: W: Can't drop privileges for downloading as file 'linux-hwe_~dsc' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run ( Permission denied).
